Gas ignition stick does not catch fire
(1) The main gas source switch is not turned on, turn on the main gas source switch
(2) The battery power is insufficient, replace the battery
(3) There is a lot of grease on the ignition needle, clean the grease on the ignition needle
(4) The position of the ignition needle is improper, adjust the distance between the ignition needle and the fire cover to 4-6mm, and align the fire hole
(5) The micro switch is broken and replaced by professionals
(6) There is no gas or the pressure reducing valve is faulty, causing the air pressure to be too low.
(7) Overpressure protection. Many gas stoves have overpressure protection function. Once the overpressure is over, it will not start. At this time, it is necessary to replace a pressure reducing valve and try it.
(8) The pipeline is blocked. Once the pipeline is blocked, check the gas outlet valve. Generally speaking, if you can smell the smell of gas and the gas stove cannot catch fire, it is likely that the gas is blocked. At this time, the pipeline needs to be dredged.
The ignition methods of gas stoves are mainly divided into piezoelectric ceramic ignition and electric pulse ignition. Modern gas ignition needles are mostly pulse igniters, which are pulsed high-frequency oscillators composed of electronic components.
The ceramic ignition needle is the high-frequency voltage generated by the oscillator is raised to a high voltage of 15KV by a step-up transformer, and the tip discharge is performed, and the gas on the gas stove is ignited by the spark of the discharge. This igniter ignites and discharges continuously. Press the knob, the pulse igniter starts to ignite; release the knob, the pulse stops igniting.
